✔ Permissible (Jaiz)Buying and selling Zamzam water is permissible. Water is valuable property; once it has been collected into a container and is in one's possession, it may lawfully be bought and sold — the same ruling applies to Zamzam once it is filled from the tap.
آبِ زمزم کی خریدوفروخت جائز ہے۔ پانی بھی مالِ متقوم ہے، ملک میں ہو، اور سپرد کرنے پر قدرت بھی ہو تو اس کی خرید وفروخت بلاشبہ جائز ہے۔ یہی حکم زمزم شریف کا ہے کہ جب زمزم کو نل سے بھر لیا تو وہ بھرنے والے کی ملک ہوجاتا ہے۔

✔ Permissible (Jaiz)The sale of Zamzam is permissible because the seller secures the water in a proper container (bottle) and packages it before selling. It therefore falls under the ruling of “secured water” (ماء محرز), which is owned property — and owned property may be bought and sold. Reference: Radd al-Muhtar 2/328.
زم زم کی خرید و فروخت جائز ہے۔ اس لیے کہ بیچنے والا اس پانی کو باقاعدہ کسی محفوظ برتن یعنی بوتل وغیرہ میں محفوظ کرتا ہے، لہٰذا یہ ماء محرز کے حکم میں ہے اور ماء محرز مملوک ہوتا ہے، لہٰذا اس کی خرید و فروخت جائز ہے۔ — مفتی آفتاب احمد صاحب، مفتی سیّد عابد شاہ صاحب

✔ Permissible (Jaiz)The scholars have written that selling Zamzam water, like ordinary water, is permissible once it has been secured and taken into possession; there is no Sharʿi objection to it.
واضح رہے کہ علماء کرام نے آبِ زمزم اور عام پانی کو محفوظ کرلینے کے بعد فروخت کرنا جائز لکھا ہے، اس میں شرعاً کوئی حرج نہیں۔ فقط واللہ اعلم

✔ Permissible (Jaiz)There is apparently nothing that prevents trading in Zamzam water: it is valuable property, ownership is established by securing it, the practice of selling Zamzam is widely accepted without objection, and merely being blessed does not bar a sale — the Qur’an itself, the most blessed of all, is lawfully bought and sold.
آبِ زمزم کی تجارت میں بظاہر کوئی امر مانعِ جواز نہیں، کہ وہ متقوم بھی ہے اور احراز سے ملک بھی ثابت ہوجاتی ہے۔ محض متبرک ہونا بیع کے لیے مانع نہیں بن سکتا کیوں کہ قرآن کریم سب سے زیادہ متبرک ہونے کے باوجود اس کی بیع وشرا جائز ہے۔
