Yes — our Aab-e-Zamzam is 100% original, brought directly from Makkah in sealed, original packaging (available in 250ml, 330ml and 5-litre bottles, including airport box packaging). Every bottle arrives with its factory seal intact — please check the seal on delivery. You are also welcome to visit our Karachi store to inspect before buying, and our product photos show the certification labels on the packaging.

Sukkari Gold is our premium large-size grade — the softest and sweetest. Sukkari Mufaddal is the classic everyday grade — same origin and flavour, standard size, best value. Sukkari Rutab is fresh, semi-ripe Sukkari — extra juicy; refrigerate it on arrival and enjoy at its freshest.

Ajwa (the revered dates of Madinah) and Premium Medjool make the most impressive gifts. For a complete presentation, our Signature Gift Boxes combine premium dates, dry fruits and honey in luxury packaging — a favourite for weddings, Ramadan, Eid and corporate gifting.

Stored in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, our dates stay fresh for up to 12 months — and even longer refrigerated. Avoid direct sunlight and humidity. Fresh Rutab dates are the exception: refrigerate them on arrival and enjoy them within a few weeks.

Yes. We import fresh stock each season directly from farms in Saudi Arabia (Madinah and Al-Qassim regions) through our own grading and packing process — a standard we have maintained since 1998.

Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, so you can pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Orders are dispatched quickly from Karachi. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days within Karachi and 2 to 4 working days for Lahore, Islamabad and other cities, depending on the courier and your location. You can track every order using "Track Your Order" on our website.

Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 5,000 and above. Orders under Rs. 5,000 have a delivery charge of Rs. 299. We cover all of Pakistan, and delivery times depend on your location.

We currently deliver across Pakistan only. However, many overseas Pakistanis order from us to send dates, Zamzam and gift boxes to their families back home — simply enter your family's Pakistani address at checkout.

Yes! We specialize in corporate gifting and bulk orders for events like Ramadan, weddings, and business functions — including wholesale supply in 10kg/20kg cartons. Custom packaging and flexible quantities are available on request.
